I love fitness

I love training

I love feeling strong

And I’m definitely not one for posing so here’s a cartwheel instead 😂

I track my food

I track my workouts

I track my progress

But you can’t track every day of your life

Some of the best memories you’ll ever make won’t show up on a watch

The girls’ trips

The belly laughs

The date nights

The spontaneous days that turn into your favourite memories

Health matters

Fitness matters

Looking after yourself matters

But life isn’t meant to be lived like a spreadsheet

Sometimes you’ve got to rein it in, stop chasing numbers, and just enjoy where you are

And when you reach a place where you feel happy, confident, and comfortable in yourself, it’s okay to maintain for a while and enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build

Then when you’re ready for your next goal you can dial things back in and go for it

Because fitness should fit around your life not the other way around

Some of the best things in life can’t be measured.

They can only be lived ❤️

Thailand Holiday Moments 🇹🇭

It’s been about a month since I stayed at Kata Rocks in Phuket 🇹🇭

We went as a couple, and it honestly came at such a good time. Life at home is non stop at the moment being a mum and working as a PT means everything is usually 100 miles an hour, so having a proper break felt really needed.

The villa had its own private pool and an incredible view over the sea, especially in the evenings at sunset. We didn’t do anything complicated, just slowed down, ate well, and actually got time to properly switch off together.

Really grateful for that little pocket of calm 🌊✨

Yes and Rob had the singer to sing this song to me 🥰❤️

As a mum and a nanna, I know life gets busy and balance matters ❤️

But looking after yourself matters too. Even on a bank holiday Sunday a walk a workout or just moving your body is still a win. 💪

You don’t have to be perfect just consistent Your health energy and confidence are worth making time for 💪

14 weeks no shortcuts no excuses 💪

She’s 60 and she’s just getting started🙌

Through busy weeks through holidays even training in the middle of the jungle she showed up every single time gym or no gym she found a way💪

She didn’t just follow the plan she committed to it Now she’s lifting weights moving with confidence and proving something a lot of people still get wrong

Age is not the limit mindset is 🥰

Because strength training at this stage of life isn’t just about looking good it’s about staying strong enough to live life on your terms

It protects her bones builds muscle and keeps her independentIt reduces the risk of falls supports long term health and helps her stay confident in her body

This one right here an incredibly strong woman who has just completed the London Marathon. 🏃‍♀️

It wasn’t a smooth journey
There were injuries There were lots of moments of doubt There were days where motivation just wasn’t there. But here’s the truth motivation is unreliable discipline is what carries you through And she showed up again and again 🥰

Balancing being a mum working, and even studying towards a new qualification she’s passionate about 🙌 and still committing to this goal That takes something special ❤️

There were times she doubted herself but I never doubted her for a second. I knew she had this in her 👏

This marathon isn’t just about the finish line. It’s about resilience consistency and proving to yourself that you can do hard things 👏👏

I’m beyond proud of you. 💪
