Having only retired from racing in May of this year, Kyntara has taken no time at all to show just how versatile the thoroughbred is and how quickly they are able to adapt to a new career. 🐎

After only 4 months off the track, he has begun his new career with some showing, catching the judges eye in every class, not being out of the placing and finishing the season with a win!🏆

Something a little different for us yesterday! 🏇✨

With the current flu outbreak, racing ponies have to be based with licensed trainers, so we’re very lucky to currently have a super little racing pony in our care for Mark Westbrook, with his 15-year-old daughter Lila Westbrook in the saddle.

Yesterday we headed to Worcester for her first outing with us, taking part in the 148cm Pony Race and coming home with a very creditable 5th place! 👏

This is a brand-new partnership for us, so there was plenty for both us and Lila to learn, but she gave it a great ride and it was a fantastic afternoon enjoyed by everyone.

We’re really looking forward to seeing how this partnership develops and, fingers crossed, we’ll be following this up with a trip to Newbury next Wednesday. 🤞🏇
