Thanks to the few that turned up for finals and presentation.

Last night we saw the 3 finals:

3Aside Champions 🏆 Jack Mallett Chris Butcher Ronnie Robilliard and Luc Walker take the title with a 5 3 win 🏆

Commiserations to Pete Ricky Jones Dicky and Craig Wilko Wilkinson

Doubles Champions 🏆 Richard Adames Pete Racknell winning over a deciding frame 5 - 4

Commiserations to Trev Clark and Ashley Pearce

Singles Champion 🏆 Andy Mcbride winning 7 - 5 over a close game with Gordon KIlday

Commiserations to Gordon Kilday.

That wraps up 2026 - Now we head into 2026/27 winter.

AGM tonight 7pm at blakehall - Trophys that never got collected last night will be available to collect tonight at the AGM.

Its Finals Day! Plus Presentation with lots of trophies to hand out! More on that in our next post.

In the 3-A-Side we have:
Ronnie, Jack & Chris Butcher Vs Pete, Dicky & Ricky at 6pm.

Followed by the scotch doubles:
Ashley Pearce & Trev Clark Vs Richard Adames & Pete Racknell, they will be playing for the Chris Vearncombe Memorial Cup.

Then the Main event for the Oly Bale Cup and some prize money:
Andy Mcbride Vs Gordon KIlday.

All 3 games with a Professional Ref from the EPRA

The 3-A-Side kicks off at 6pm

Thank you to every team that played in this years Summer League. The trophy presentation will take place on finals night on Saturday 19th September 2026 at Blake Hall 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Kick off is at 6pm with a professional qualified referee, match arena setup, bar and food will be available. £3.50 a pint if paying by cash 🎱🎱

The AGM where your vote counts is the following night, Sunday 20th September at Blake Hall 7pm start. We are still looking to fill the role of vice chairman, if anybody is keen let us know!

Evening All -

Jack Mallett is stepping down from the Vice chairman role, so this means that we have a role to fill if anybody is intrested in becoming the Vice chairman, then please contact me or pete. This will be voted on at the AGM.

What the role intales -
Stepping in when the chairman is unavailable or away, taking notes for the minutes and recording data at committee meetings and the agm, Assistance to the chairman and other committee memebers.

We are looking for somebody who is open minded and to be fair in decisions that affect the league and the players. We are not looking for judgmental or narrow minded and only see it one way.

Just want to say thank you to Jack for all he has done this year for the league and the players. his knowledge and insight has been wonderful and helpful.

We wish you all the best Jack and thank you again from me and the team 🎱🎱

With the AGM looming it's time to start getting those proposals over to us. This year's AGM is being held at Blake Hall at 7pm on Sunday 20th September.

If you feel like you have an idea for the league or would like to see a rule change then send your idea over to us so we can be prepared to implement it into the league in time for the new season should it get voted in at the AGM, if you wait until the AGM there is no guarantee it we could implement it in time for the new season.

Should you wish to keep your proposal private you're welcome to message the page.

Please make sure all proposals are with us by Wednesday 16th September.

Ok guys and girls, this Saturday, 12th September were going to run a Last Man Standing style competition in Blake Hall with a few tweaks. Who wants in? Maximum 32 entries, payment secures entry.

💷💷£10 entry, all paid out as prize money for 1st and 2nd, on top of that the winner will get 4 VIP tickets to SomerRock 2027, 2nd place will get 2 VIP tickets with the losing semi finalists getting 2 standard weekends tickets each💷💷
