Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Super Leagues very own York Knights RLFC to our gym. What a superb set of gents they are and it was fantastic to see these athletes train up close. We wish you the very best for the season. You’re more than welcome to comeback anytime!

Please be aware that on Friday 29th May we have a professional rugby team coming to train at the gym between 11:30am- 1:30pm.

The gym will still be open to members however we are just letting you know if you want to change your training time that day so you don’t hit the busy period.
