6 months ago today, we got the keys to what would become Willow Reform 💫

After leaving my corporate career back home in the city, I spent most of my maternity leave planning Willow. With a new baby, having only recently moved to Bridlington and barely knowing anyone here, I definitely had enough going on without deciding to open a business too 😂

Teaching and fitness had been a huge part of my life for the last 10 years, but taking the risk of turning something I was so passionate about into a business was terrifying. The day I finally got these keys, I definitely had a what have I done moment!

6 months later, the studio is busier than I ever imagined. I get to spend my days meeting and chatting to so many lovely people, seeing the same faces coming back week after week and hearing how much people love Willow.

So grateful for every single person who chooses to spend a little part of their week at Willow. It really does mean more than you know. The risk was worth it all 🤎

Member of the Month 💫

Meet Jon, our September Member of the Month! 💙

Jon has been part of Willow Reform since we opened, coming along to Reformer twice a week and becoming a real regular in the studio.

A keen golfer, Jon tore his meniscus 2 years ago and has been using Reformer Pilates to help build his strength back up and support his movement.

He’s been doing absolutely brilliantly, getting stronger every week, and it’s been lovely to see the progress he’s made since joining us.

A very well deserved Member of the Month. Well done Jon! 👏🏼

Popped out of town this week to visit family and, of course, still managed to squeeze in some Reformer 🤎

Always a pleasure spending an evening with Rachel Holmes — a very close family friend who has also helped us so much along the way with Willow. Loved joining in with one of her classes, having a catch up and talking all things studios!

Always making time for my own practise, fresh ideas and a little inspiration to bring back to Willow 💡

All I can say is… WOW. 🥹✨

Thank you SO much to everyone who came to our open evening tonight. We honestly had more people through the doors than we ever imagined, and seeing so many familiar faces alongside so many new ones was just amazing. A massive well done to everyone who gave our Reformer tasters a go! 💫
