Great to see such an awesome turn out for the Bridport 10km and Half Mara. HL crew came out in force and lovely to see all the friendly faces cheering everyone on the route.

I'd like to showcase Jess' progress over these last 16 weeks. She is evermore determined to keep on going.

The effort and graft is inspiring from Jess even after 12 hour shift at work, she still manages to fit in her scheduled workouts.

I don't hear excuses from Jess like; I dont have time for the gym. Im too busy to workout. Jess MAKES time. Prioritise that 1 hour for you.

Jess has been one of my online coaching clients for just over 16 weeks now. Leading into Autumn we have our:-

The Final Hills Phase of the year! I know lots of people are away will summer holidays, but today was the last Wednesday in August and moving into September our Wednesday session changes to our Engine Room.

The HL Engine Room group session has a capacity of 21 participants from 0615-0700hrs
