The countdown is over ⏳ and finally it's GAMEDAY 2 🔴⚫. Today is the day we welcome Whitehaven AFC to the DM Pies Stadium for our first home game of the new campaign. Ahead of the clash, we got the thoughts of Head Coach Bryn Tracey:

💬 " Whitehaven are the early frontrunners in the league and have had two good results back to back. We know we need to be switched on, and we know we have to work hard. I think the start we made last week against Carlisle, was really important too us as a group. We won that game comfortably, and should have scored a lot more on the day to be fair. This game will pose a different type of challenge, and we have to be ready for that"

This Sunday sees the girls first home game in the league. Whitehaven AFC Women are the first visitors to the Drake & Macefield-The Pie Shop Stadium. They are also the early league leaders, with two wins out of two 💪.
