Head coach Ben Collins talking honestly and passionately about knife crime, the work he does with local secondary schools at the gym and his concerns of knife crime stats rising now West Midlands Violence Reduction Partnership have stopped funding the sessions. Despite over 260 weapons surrendered at the gym and the positive feedback from heads of schools and acadamies.
It should not take a spike in incidents or something serious to happen for this to be looked into.

Busy few days.
Junior and Senior squad smashing training on Friday night.

First outing of the season yesterday national development championships.

First up TJ loosing out on a close split decision but showing he is well worthy of boxing in championships and will take away the positives.

Chan after 18 months being inactive and smashing his coaching in the gym and at England, decided to have another go inside the ropes, it was a tough draw from the off against a very good lad we know only to well through sparring.

Thanks to coaches Nick and Jason for giving up their time to give the boxers the opportunities.

Good luck to both opponents and the clubs wish them well for the rest of the competition.
