This week, Jeanette and Jo had the privilege of visiting the incredible Oasis Academy Henderson Avenue for an Assessment Only visit, where they witnessed the power of collaboration and growth firsthand! 🌟
As they walked the corridors, they were thrilled to reconnect with familiar faces, including a current trainee thriving in their initial placement, a trainee from last year who got a job at the school, a talented trainee who's been making a difference for four years in the school, and a previous trainee who's now empowering others as a School Based Mentor! 🌈 The ripple effect of positive change is truly inspiring! 💪

A huge welcome to our new trainees for 2026/27!
This week marked the beginning of an exciting journey into teaching, and we were thrilled to have all our trainees with us. The week was packed with opportunities to meet new people, meet the team, get to know the programme and prepare for the year ahead.
Starting teacher training is a big step, and we are proud to be alongside our trainees as they begin developing their knowledge, confidence and skills.
Here’s to a year filled with learning, new experiences, challenges, achievements and plenty of memorable moments. We’re excited to see where this journey takes them!
