Last nights class was 🚒🔥
Every week we mix the class up. Different combos, Fast, Short, Sharp, Longer combos to keep you on your toes. Not becoming complacent with the same moves or same combos. Throwing in leg combos, abs, pushups, burpees to meet everyone’s needs. Working at your own pace is most importantly!!!

I like to mix the tempo of the class too, last nights class is a great example, shorter breaks, less stop breaks, right side straight to Left side with a short punchy combo to get stuck in tests you all the way!

Every week you guys jump on the crazy train with me and just go with it, no judgement straight in!!

And yes we do have a ‘swear pot’ available if needed 😆

PROPER FEST 2026 has teamed up with FIGHT KLUB – The Number One Drum & Bass Fitness Brand to kick off the festival with a high-energy, Pre-Festival Takeover to promote Healthy Raving and bring awareness to the essex recovery foundation who support those in recovery.

At 11:00am, the Fight Klub Clacton team will lead a mass participation Drum & Bass workout for the Fight Klub community before the festival officially opens.
