Hello Groovers! I am excited about the playlist tonight and looking forward to dancing it with you all!
For anyone thinking of coming along for the first time -its a dance class with a varied playlist that I guide you through it with the simplest of steps. Come along and give it a try - first class free!

No effort required, no brain power, no steps to learn, no specific clothes to wear, no judgement and no 'right' way. Just turn up as you are! Go at your own pace! Dance the simplest of steps your own way!

Shouting out to Hurstpierpoint, Hassocks, Ditching and beyond!! Who fancies a feel good *dancefloor* hour on a Monday night?? I promise *Groove* will make you feel great! It doesn't matter if (think you) can dance or not - two left feet are welcome!! Its so easy - if you like a good old dance on a night out or at a party and you fancy getting your body up and mobile (and fitter!) without having to think about it then Groove is for you! No routines, no rights or lefts to worry about - just good and varied music and a bunch of lovely people. If you feel a little bit self-conscious, I get it... but lights are low, people are super friendly, there's zero judgement so you will soon realise (and I hate to say it) nobody cares what you look like! There is no right and wrong as dance is for everyone!
