I'm defo feeling good after aka .diamondnails has worked her magic on my nails as always! Cats Eye polish uses magnets to create galactic style swirls by moving the magnetic particles in the polish... who knew... well I didn't lol! Then made into a unique creation with Lea's amazon artistic skills! Love them a lot as usual! 💅 😍
And... she's going mobile from next week plus working from a new base in Newhaven! xx

Using my hands alot when instructing Zumba and Strength classes so having fab nails feels amazing!
ITV ITV News Meridian report of my Zumba Gold Class as part of the Ageing Well - Brighton & Hove which plays such an important roll in reaching members of our community and providing the opportunities to take part in such a great range of activities and exercise which is so important as we age not just physically but also mentally and socially. It was filmed at one of my lovely venues at Saltdean Lido in the beautiful ballroom.
I will continue to offer classes for the rest of the Ageing Well Festival this coming week as a free taster! So please come along and have a go!
