🔥 Twist, tone, and strengthen! 🔥

Your obliques are key players in core strength, stability, and that oh-so-important spinal rotation. Training them not only sculpts your waist but also supports better posture and helps you move with ease in everyday life.

This Reformer flow is all about those twists — challenging your obliques while improving mobility and building strength.

💫 Stronger obliques = a stronger, more supported spine.
Ready to give it a go? Let’s move!

✨ Strengthen and Open Up! ✨

Spinal extension exercises are so important in our workouts, especially since our daily lives often have us leaning forward — whether we’re at a desk, driving, or looking at our phones. Adding these movements can help improve posture, mobility, and overall back health.

💪Arm your day with Pilates! 💪

Today, we’re building upper body strength on the reformer
✨Our arm workout goes beyond just building strength—it powers you up for everyday tasks like carrying groceries, lifting kids, and opening doors. ➕Plus, strong arms mean better posture, stability, and fewer injuries.

Standing Reformer Flow ✨ Standing work on the reformer is not just a challenge—it’s functional, powerful, and essential for building strength, balance, and control! ✨ When standing on the reformer, using heavy or light springs doesn’t make the exercise easier or harder—it just shifts where we feel the challenge. Light springs fire up the adductors (inner thighs), while heavy springs work the abductors (outer hips & glutes).💫We did a modified version of this flow in our Sculpt classes and had so much fun! Swipe left to see the exercises at a slower pace, and let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
Enjoy!

🚫 There’s No Such Thing as a “Pilates Fix” 🚫

Pilates isn’t about chasing quick results or bulging muscles. It’s about controlled, low-impact movements that build strength steadily and sustainably, creating long, lean muscles and a balanced body. It’s a practice that nurtures every inch of you, without putting strain on your joints.💫Instead of a “fix,” Pilates offers lasting progress—slowly but surely. It’s not a race, it’s a journey.
