Feeling the spring
This morning I had my 3 month B12, when I’d last seen my lovely nurse, she mentioned how her knees hurt and to climb stairs could be painful. I suggested to hold the chair pose for a few seconds before actually sitting in the chair. This morning when I saw her she’d been using this activity and has felt a vast improvement
We discussed a few progressions, awareness of feet, tilting pelvis shoulders down.
She appreciated not having too much to add.
Little steps over time will benefit
Although I’m not a fan of injections I’m really looking forward to catching up in 3 months

If you moisturise your feet, try balancing on 1 leg or on your bottom while doing it. Add balance into daily routines
