The tide may well have been high for both Blondie and Atomic Kitten but it's not for us tomorrow... going to have to save a swim in The Cuckmere at Littlington for next time. Fear not though MTB/Swim fans we've still got the sea at Tide Mills and possible in The Ouse at the YHA... enough of this content blather, back in the real world - Elton John don'tchajustlovehim?

Andy leads this ride from Hove to Horsham to Steyning to Shoreham Airport and back in time for Ice Cream. The critics are already claiming it to be "an oasis of calm in the Philip Schofield maelstrom and just what the Twitter Dr ordered - everyone should go!".
