HOW MUCH PROTEIN SHOULD YOU BE EATING & WHY π
-Eating enough protein will allow your body to recover from training & aid muscle growth.
-Depending on your goal, protein intake should be between 1.6-2.2 grams per kilo of body weight (McArdle, Katch & Katch, 2018).
-Typically, protein is higher during a cutting/deficit phase in order to maintain as much muscle as possible.
Bonus fact: protein is the most satiating type of food we can eat helping you feel fuller for longer. Ideal for your goals & your hunger!

Prioritise and invest in your health.
If you want to hire a coach but βcanβt afford itβ then it might be worth looking at how you prioritise your expendable income.
Here is a pretty common example across the British population (my peeps π).
Drinking alcohol is a big part of British culture and comparatively what we call a few drinks is actually quite a bit π
A pint costs on average Β£5 in the UK and contains around 230 calories.
If you are have 10 pints in a week you are spending Β£50 and consuming 2300 per week.
In a month that is Β£200+ spent on alcohol and nearly 10,000 calories consumed!
Now logically consuming that many calories is going to make getting in or staying in shape a little bit trickier and at the same is costing you quite a bit of wonga π°
Now Iβm not against drinking and am partial to a few alcoholic beverages myself from time to time π»
But understanding the cost and effects on your body allows you to put alcohol and your health into perspective.
So consuming less alcohol is going to save you money and have a positive effect on your health.
