I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be participating in the Take Part Festival in Brighton, offering HulaFit taster sessions at St. Martin's Church.
This fantastic event celebrates all things fitness and well-being, and I can’t wait to share the joy of HulaFit with you!
What is HulaFit?
HulaFit is an invigorating fitness class that combines the beautiful, rhythmic movements of traditional hula dancing with a full-body workout. It’s an excellent way to improve flexibility, core strength, and cardiovascular health while having a blast! Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, HulaFit is accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
