Hey everyone,

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be participating in the Take Part Festival in Brighton, offering HulaFit taster sessions at St. Martin's Church.

This fantastic event celebrates all things fitness and well-being, and I can’t wait to share the joy of HulaFit with you!

What is HulaFit?
HulaFit is an invigorating fitness class that combines the beautiful, rhythmic movements of traditional hula dancing with a full-body workout. It’s an excellent way to improve flexibility, core strength, and cardiovascular health while having a blast! Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, HulaFit is accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Location: St. Martin's Church, Brighton

2023 was a hectic but amazing year for me, but it meant I had to take a break from teaching.

I’m glad to say I’m ready to get back into HulaFit and bring Hoop based fitness back into Brighton.

I’m just confirming venue spaces but it would be great to know who would be interested in joining me.

I’ve just had an amazing time with amazing people up in Manchester. And yes of course I bought a hoop with me. This circle is a symbol of fun, inspiration, dedication and community. Sounds soppy as anything, but hooping reminds me that you when you set yourself the time, space and energy to achieve something, you can accomplish great things, and those things don’t have to be ginormous, they just have to bring a little fun into your life.
