Improvers Aerial Yoga workshop
Saturday 14th March 2pm
This 90 minute workshop allows a deeper practise for the Improver students who are ready to take flight!
This workshop is suitable for students who are confident and comfortable with their inversions and hip hangs.
We will introduce new sequences and take our practice a little higher!
Don’t worry, we will still take it steady, and crash mats will be used with all climbs.
This workshops will be a lot of fun, and will open your eyes to the many different possibilities for a developing aerial yogi
