I’m opening up my home studio in Brighton for small, friendly pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes. With limited group sizes, there’s plenty of space for personalised support, as well as time to connect, share, and chat about our journeys into (and through) motherhood.

Classes are suitable for whatever kind of birth you’re planning, and may feel especially supportive if you’re exploring home birth or more natural approaches to health and wellbeing.

A little about me 👋
I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and hold over 600 hours in yoga teacher training, plus a Masters in Yoga & Meditation Traditions & Medical Anthropology from SOAS, University of London. I’m passionate about women’s health and wellbeing, and using traditional yoga and modern wellness techniques to promote a healthy and vibrant pregnancy and postpartum experience 🙏
