December can be full-on with all the Christmas meals, parties and socialising leaving you overstimulated and a little shaky inside - especially if you’re on the introvert or highly sensitive side.
I must say that I made this sequence with my introverted side in mind but also knowing that there are more people like me - those who want to enjoy being out without having to pay a high price for it after.
