Im offering a variety of sessions throughout the week, small group PT sessions with strength focuses and come hiit sessions too.
Indoor and out door classes available and all sessions have spaces and you can bring the kids if you have no childcare as area for them and the Bootcamps and Monday nights you can bring all the family to take part

As of next week here is the full timetable available to book with me.
Groups, classes and sessions are all pay as you go or there will be a monthly option available to allow you to attend any session in the week
Now offering an evening, daytime, early morning and a weekend session option.
Mixture of strength, HiiT, circuits and technique style sessions available and all sessions have space if you have no childcare

Fitness may be what we all have in common in the Fitness Is Calling community, but life isn’t all about fitness.

For me, it’s festivals, music and dancing.

It’s where I switch off, recharge and spend time with people who love the same things I do. Over the last few weeks I’ve had some amazing experiences, met DJs I’ve followed for years and watched artists I’ve listened to for years. Moments I’ll remember for a long time.

It reminded me how important it is to have something that’s just for you.

Something that makes you smile.
Something that helps you escape the daily grind.
Something that gives you excitement and balance.

Sometimes I look at the first photo and barely recognise myself.
Not because of my weight… but because of how little confidence I had in myself back then.

The second photo reminds me of the years of hard work.
The early mornings.
The failures.
The self doubt.
The learning.
The graft it took to build a business and become an award-winning Personal Trainer.

And the third photo?
That’s not just a “physically fitter” version of me.

That’s someone who finally learned confidence isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about backing yourself after life has tested you.

Fitness changed my body, yes.
But more importantly, it changed my mindset, my standards and the way I live my life.

And that is why I care so much about helping other people now.

Because transformation is never just about weight loss.
Sometimes it’s about finally becoming the person you were always capable of being.

Wherever you currently are in your journey… keep going.
One day you’ll look back and realise just how far you’ve come.
