🤯 Opportunity: For Just 5 People… 🤯

I'm going to take just five people who want to lose weight and get stronger in the next 90 day through my ONE-time 90 day Summer’ Transformation Challenge 👊

I will personally coach you in close capacity into the shape of your life without having to do endless hours of boring cardio or give up ANY of your favourite foods, drinks or social events.

This is NOT for…

❌ people who want a 90 day liquid starvation diet - like the usual pre-holiday/wedding shopping list…

❌ people who want to workout 7x days a week (followed by 11 months of an unused gym membership)

❌ people who want to give up their favourite foods, drinks and social events to get in shape…

This IS for…

✅ someone who's truly ready to take action starting Monday (it’s been put off long enough - it’s early spring, it’s a clean slate and we’re taking action now!)

✅ someone whose goals are to lose 15lb+ in the next 90 days (without hours of cardio or a ‘diet’ that removes half of your favourites) and wants those results Ready for summer,

✅ someone who wants their results to stick long after you’ve hit your goal weight (Hey, we want banging results - but we’ll get there with a simple system you’ll WANT to continue with after we’re done 👊)

I will choose the five based upon who I believe will get the very best RESULTS and be the most fun to work with across the 90 days!

DM me the word "INTERESTED" now and I'll send you all the details!

One Thing That Will Guarantee Results! 🌟

Do the basics, repeatedly, day in, day out!
Training is not always about hitting the gym for a big session or constantly “beasting” yourself until the weight falls off. Sometimes it’s as simple as taking the dog out for a walk, going for a dancing lesson, taking up swimming or a new sport. There are so many options to get the body and mind moving. The simplest one would be to make sure you walk 10,000 steps every day this week.

If you need a hand getting yourself on the right track and setting up the basics to succeed, send me a message.

Becoming aware of how you eat can be as crucial as controlling what you eat when it comes to health and fitness.

Mindful eating can help to reduce binge eating, aid weight loss, and improve your sense of well-being.

Here are six ways you can become more mindful about your food;

Sit comfortably, breathe and relax before you begin to eat.
Pay attention to the foods on your plate; feel, smell, and taste your food properly.
Don’t hurry your food; take your time and savour every bite.
Chew properly; digestion begins with chewing, so make sure you do it right.
Don’t multitask. Stay off your phone and enjoy the time out to have your meal.
STOP when you are full. Don’t force yourself to eat more. Listen to your body.

Becoming mindful of your food and becoming more aware of what you are consuming is an integral part of becoming healthier.

One thing I focus on with my clients who want to lose weight is lowering their calorie intake.

Getting a handle on your calorie consumption can go a long way to helping you drop any unwanted pounds.

Here are five easy ways to remove unwanted calories from your diet.

✅ Use a smaller plate

✅ Cook at home

✅ Drink low-calorie drinks

✅ Use seasoning on food instead of sauces
Bulk out your meals with lots of veggies instead of processed carbohydrates

Simple changes can make a massive change to your results.

Yesterday I was crazy busy, sessions all morning and all evening, client check in's, and lots of work to catch up on.

All this meant I missed my standard training time around lunch. By the time I got my head up, it was 3 pm, and I knew I had an evening of sessions ahead and didn't fancy working out in the slightest. This is usually the moment where I tell you that I sucked it up and I trained anyway, and that's what you must do if you want results, blah blah blah!

Well, it isn't. I didn't. I honestly couldn't be bothered!

This isn't normal for me. I would usually find time and motivation to do a little something, but yesterday it wasn't happening.

I am sure you have days like this as well.

Work is crazy; everything you had planned seems to take longer than expected; you look at the clock and wonder where the day has gone.

You're losing motivation for the gym minute by minute, and you talk yourself in and out of going fifty times over!

Then you make the decision,

"I'M NOT DOING IT."

And then comes the guilt, that nagging feeling that you're missing out, your whole regime and fitness levels will crumble before you. So why didn't you go? It only would have taken an hour!

But let's be real here. That's life; it happens, some days are better than others, some days you're tired, too busy, or cannot face the thought of the gym! It's not like whether one workout is done or missed is going to make or break your training! The key here is to get back on the horse straight away, make sure you don't miss two or three sessions or a whole week.

Don't make missing sessions a habit. Instead, make it a one-off thing and hit your next session as usual.

If you do that, the missed session will fade into nothing, and you won't have put yourself back in any way.

Life happens; move on and get back to normal as quickly as possible

You’ve Read All The Health Magazines

Watched all the workout videos.

Every week you find yourself switching from workout to workout, or from diet plan to diet plan.

You have tried it all!

All these conflicting pieces of information can feel very overwhelming!

You feel like you should know what to do, but you don’t see the results!

If this sounds like you, here is what you need to do.

STOP!

Stop looking for the quick fix
Stop watching fitness influencer trash
Stop overwhelming yourself with information

And keep it simple.
Note down three to five things that you can do every day to get closer to your goal, then,

Do those things daily for 30-60-90 days.

Stop chasing shiny new plans each week
Stop reading hundreds of different plans and ideas online
Stop switching from one diet plan to the next, or from one training program to another every week.

Stick to the things that you know will have a significant impact on results and do them consistently.

Work out three to five times a week
Drink more water and less sugary drinks
Walk 10,000 steps per day
Eat fruit and vegetables

Sound simple?

It is, and it works every single time!

Chances are you woke up to your alarm this morning and said to yourself,

“Ugh, another week of work.”

Well, not much you can do about that. We all have to work!

But what you can do is try to change how you approach this week.

You have two options,

You can feel sorry for yourself, take an age to get up, hitting the snooze button over and over, and drag yourself to your work station late, leaving you feeling rushed and chasing your tail all day.

Or

You can get up with drive and energy; you can get yourself ready on time, have a healthy breakfast, head to work, spend all morning getting yourself ahead of your workload, have a good lunch, and smash the rest of the day getting your steps done and even fitting in a workout!

You see, these two things are separated by one small decision.

And this decision is entirely up to you.

You either get up with positivity and attack the day!

Or…,

You get up, making excuses and complaining about the week ahead.

I know which one I chose. Get up early, get some work done, and leave yourself in an excellent position to have a positive and productive week.

Remember, your energy plays a huge role in how you feel daily.

Try and change it up, push yourself, and take on challenges with positive energy.

You will be amazed at the difference it can make.
