BOP. Bound triangle & bound side angle are the absolute perfect stretches to prepare for this pose & remember that you can always use a strap if you can’t reach the bind & a bend leg version (last picture) is a very acceptable place to stay if you don’t have the flexibility to straighten your leg. ☺️
