The CrossFit Open is upon us, and last Saturday was the second workout of three. The amazing athletes of Lion Valley , competing or not, all took on the challenge that was 26.2. For some, they got pushed further than what they thought was possible achieving more than what was expected - The Open is a chance to test your fitness, connect with the community and bring to life the βWhyβ behind our daily commitment to CrossFit.

An incredible morning throwing it down with the fabulous athletes from ! A challenging , sweaty but oh so rewarding day ! Big Shout out to our amazing Lions & Lionesses from Lion Valley CrossFit who gave it their all in their first Throwdown and smashed through 3 challenging events in their mixed teams!
