I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE what I do!
I'm lucky enough to have a 'job' that I love, that gives me so much fulfilment and a sense of purpose. It also splits into 2 distinct parts... working 121 with people on more acute and intricate alignment issues, and working in groups sharing the fundamentals of alignment and movement.
Last Sunday I got the privilege of not just working with a wonderful group, but of also co-hosting the session with some absolute superstars within their respective fields.
As a group we started off with some key alignment check-ins, including connecting to our fabulous feet, feeling the impact of a neutral head position, and the power of feeling more 'stacked' in our alignment.
took us through some powerful breath work and somatic release. The emotion and energy in the room was incredible, even us practitioners couldn't help but let the tears flow. We released unwanted beliefs and felt new safety in our bodies.
Then the lovely soothed our souls with the most healing and relaxing sound bath. Her nurturing, serene energy travelled through her bowls and gong, into our bodies, helping to regulate and unwind our nervous systems.
We were also super lucky to have the very talented .by.clare capture the day for us. Not only are the photos fabulous but her professionalism and warm energy shone throughout the session.
I feel incredibly honoured to work with such wonderful people, building the most beautiful tribe of wellness women, and am very excited for some upcoming events we have planned for later this year.

What a wonderful review to receive ππ»
One of my lovely clients recently left me this review on Google. Her words are very kind and I'm very grateful for them, but more importantly I'm so pleased for her that she has felt such relief since our session.
My job is to follow the clues and do some detective work... finding what may be out of alignment, what may be overworked and what movements are missing from the body. From there I give my clients some simple practices to help the body become more centred, with all parts working evenly and moving well.
Then, it's over to the client. As much as I'd like to have a magic wand to make everything better instantly, I don't.
Instead, my clients will carry on their practices at home, putting themselves in control of the results. And this lovely lady has put in the work and felt the benefit!
