Gluten free banana bread
This is soooo delicious!

INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients:

¾ cup coconut flour

½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

a dash or two of sea salt

¼ cup shredded coconut (plus a little extra to top the loaf)

Wet Ingredients:

3 pastured eggs

1 apple

⅓ cup coconut oil

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 medium bananas (ripe)

5 dates and 1 mango

Definitely try this recipe if you love cakes as much as I do 😍
