*Single Kettkebell Workout*
With most gym kit to buy currently out of stock you've either got one piece of kit or just your own body! Here's a nice little full body workout I did the other day, useful for those with just one Kettlebell. Some. Nice unilateral movements to challenge stability and aid muscular imbalances.
4 Rounds of:
* Clean Squat and single arm swing
X 20 (10 each side)
*Single Side Depth Push Up
X 20 (10 each side)
* Fowrward Reverse Lunge Squat Combo
X 20 (10 each side)
*Single Arm Bent Over Row
X 10 each side
*Single Leg Deadlift
X 10 each side
*Split Stance (staggered) Squat
X 10 each side
*4 Point Hold Foward Taps
X 20
This can also be done with a single Dumbell
You can play around with rep ranges and tempo if your weight feels too light.

** 1:1 SOCIALLY DISTANCED OUTDOOR PT**
We have done sterling work with Youtube and IG workouts so far - doing box jumps on to sofas and punch outs armed with baked bean cans in each hand! However, in light of Boris's announcement yesterday I am very excited to be starting up 1:1 face to face sessions again, outdoors and at an appropriate 2m (or more) distance. Outdoor spaces across Brighton, Hove and Bevendean!
This is a chance for you to:
* Do workouts that are programmed SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU with appropriate progression to get results
*Be sure that you are performing exercises correctly, efficiently and injury free
*Get outside and let off steam

CrossFit/Nolo Fringe workout this afternoon 💪🏼😁 literally combining my two favourite things/aspects of my life - theatre and fitness! It was hard, very sweaty and great fun! Only 1 point between Team Elly and Team Fede for the win! Thanks CrossFit NoLo for training us and having us! Feeling good for our last day now 🏋️♀️🤗

Single kettlebell front squat, with pause. Enjoyed these today!
The offset kettlebell squat is a slightly more challenging variation than your standard goblet squat, as you are loading one side of your body causing you to have to resist lateral flexion. This variation trains the body to remain in a more upright position, challenging the core muscles (in particular the anterior core).
Double sesh for me today. Sometimes you just wanna train!

Been a bit tricky getting my usual workouts in this week with being in London for shows and Norfolk with the family. Get a bit antsy if I don’t move as much as I like to! Sun shining this morning however and a clear day ahead so a great chance to get out for an easy half! 21 mins slower than the actual half but I was enjoying the scenery and clearing my head. Felt a lot easier, stronger and more enjoyable than the 10 miles I did last week so I was happy. Great little stretch sesh in my Grandmas lovely garden afterwards too.
Looking for run music suggestions-please comment below. I love 60’s-80’s and a nice bit of Drum n bass - very open to everything and anything upbeat though so please comment and lemme know your faves!

Had my last class with this dedicated machine this lunch time. Over the past few months Ben has come to at least 3 of my classes Ecogym Brighton a week and has worked hard and with a smile in every single one! After a little while out of action before joining, the improvement in his strength, CV fitness and mental grit through classes has been plain to see! Great work Ben.💪🏼Sad I won’t be shouting at you to ‘rotate over the other right leg anymore’ 😋
