I had the best time at Elderflower Fields festival last weekend with . Thanks for having me to volunteer! Watch this space for some yoga at the festival next year 🤸🏼‍♂️

From today 11th May until Sunday 17th May it is Mental Health awareness week!

The theme this year is ‘TAKE ACTION’

So grown ups and kids, why don’t you get nourishing yourselves…stuck for ideas? I’ve put some here:

🌻 Start planting some seeds in your house or garden
🌻 Have a warm bath and light some candles
🌻 Pick a recipe to make or a cake to bake

I wanted to re-introduce myself as I have been inactive on here for a while!

🌷I’m Millie but my ‘real’ name is Amelia

🌷My favourite flowers are roses and tulips

🌷 I’ve been teaching kids yoga now for 6 years

🌷 I’m really passionate about helping people and especially children, to achieve their potential

🌷 I love being playful and believe play is a really important part of our wellbeing!

Thanks to for having me as part of their Play Fest today! It was lovely to see so many kids having fun 🤸🏼‍♀️ thanks if you joined me ☺️

The timetable for Play fest- the power of play, happening tomorrow at Royal Spa Nursery in Brighton.

Join me at 11.30am for an SEN session and 2.30pm 🤸🏼‍♀️

Today’s 4-8 year old session was full of animal poses, including gorillas 🦍 we did an activity about what animal we would be and started to think about what similar characteristics we have!

As usual there was lots of running around, all in all we had lots of fun!
