Yesterday's sound bath at Falmer Studio on behalf of Brighton Uni. We had 15 participants, who came in and immediately laid down and snuggled under blankets. They were clearly very ready to...just....let....go.. Because we are all in need of nervous system regulation and your body knows this. Feedback was great so will let you know when the next one is. Floating sound bath is this Saturday at Bluecoat Sports Health & Fitness Club. 3.30-4.30pm. Its fully booked but there is another waiting for you on May 9th. &fitnessclub

Namaste. I am now back teaching la few yoga classes and facilitating soundbaths. My classes are Bluecoats Horsham - Monday 10.30am, Tuesdays 13.05pm. Falmer Brighton Uni Thursday 18.45pm and South Lodge Spa Mondays 18.15pm.
Next soundbath March 28th at Bluecoats Horsham - this is a pool soundbath.

All classes and soundbaths are currently cancelled! I broke my wrist and ankle during the holiday season.
