📐 Find Your Alignment: The Power of Trikonasana & Parsvakonasana 🧘🏻🧘🏽‍♀️🕉️

In Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, these four standing postures - Asana - are fundamental for building a stable "foundation." They work on two primary planes of movement: extension (Utthita) and rotation (Parivrtta).

✨​The Trikonasana Duo (Triangle)
• ​Utthita (Extended): A lateral stretch for open hips and a long spine.
• ​Parivrtta (Revolved): A deep twist that challenges balance and detoxes the core.
​Benefits: Strengthens legs, opens hamstrings, and improves spinal mobility.

✨​The Parsvakonasana Duo (Side Angle)
• ​Utthita (Extended): Deep lunges for total body integration and stamina.
• ​Parivrtta (Revolved): An intense "power twist" for digestion and core strength.
