Some real time truths!
We all fall off, things happen, change makes us discombobulated.
For me it’s a lot for my mental health……My gym is having a refit, my routine is out of the window & I’ve turned to sugar…..it’s a blip, it doesn’t define me but i’m aware of the damage that can happen when I start to spiral ! 😫
The message is always the same……this is today, tomorrow we change things up. We move out of that space and we get back on the ladder!!

Menopause has definitely changed my body, even as a personal trainer. At 56, I eat well, train consistently, and still have days where stubborn tummy fat and skin changes make me feel frustrated.

But this body has carried me through decades of strength, growth, clients, challenges, and life. So instead of chasing perfection, I’m choosing respect for the body that still shows up every single day. 💜

Menopause isn’t failure. It’s transition.
And fitness at this stage is about health, strength, energy, mobility, confidence, and longevity….. not a flat stomach.

If your body is changing too, you are not alone. Keep moving. Keep lifting. Keep nourishing yourself. And please stop believing your worth is measured by your waistline. 🌿

I’m a personal trainer specialising in outdoor fitness, offering bootcamps and 1:1 training sessions designed to get you moving, feeling stronger, and enjoying every step of the journey. 🌿💪

I train 5–6 times a week myself, so I know what it takes to stay consistent and I’m here to help you do the same. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your fitness, I’ll support you every step of the way.

I’ve always loved being outdoors, combining fresh air with effective training, and I bring that energy into every session. When I’m not training, I’m usually travelling, exploring new places, and finding new ways to stay active. ✈️

People are asking ….HOW DID I DO IT???
1. I set myself a time frame 📆
2. I looked at my diet and changed it 🥘
3. I set 5.20am alarm mon-Friday ⏰
4. I changed the way I train & pushed harder
5. I never missed a training session. 😇
6. I ran 30km on holiday 🌞
7. I upped my protein intake 🥛
8. I ate clean and barely drunk alcohol 🍸.
9. I got early nights, so always great sleep😴
10. I believed in what I could accomplish 🙋🏼‍♀️

I worked hard to reach my goals & I gave it everything 🩷 THATS HOW I DID IT 💥

Over the last few months Ive really focused on my training, my eating habits, and my nutrition, and I’m officially 6kg down 💥
I levelled up with my strength training, pushing and lifting much heavier than before, I got back into my running and I hit a PB this week!

Even coaches need coaches, and I was lucky enough to work with Fran to work on my nutrition, she has been a game changer. Fran had me accountable from the get go, messaging everyday, reminding me about water intake, pushing me to reach my goals!!! She was the life line I needed 💥
Having support with training and nutrition is exactly what helped me stay consistent. She was there day after day, motivational and supportive!

These are my measurements before and after!! It only took 12 weeks of training and changing my eating habits.
