So a few Fridays ago around 10pm my body decides that I’m going to have a massive panic attack, I absolutely hate these so much! I’ve not had one so bad as this in a few years! They almost take over my body and suffocate me, i always feel totally exhausted for days after these episodes. This time it’s not taken as long and I’m so thankful for that! The thing is that social media portrays such a lifestyle that people feel they have to be something they are not to avoid being judged! Yet when it comes to something like black lives matter every one jumps on the wagon 🤷‍♀️ I totally respect that before any one has a bitch at me but what I am saying is that EVERYONE matters and mental health and illnesses should be spoken up about & normalised! Because the statistics and reality is that 1 in 3 people suffer in one form of another! Let that sink in!

To any one who suffers with anxiety panic attacks or any other form of mental health issues I salute you!

As you guys know I always get my monthly food shop from the reason behind this is I found them back in 2016 when I went to a Bodypower expo in Birmingham and got to try some samples, I was given a voucher with some discount so I figured I would try their food out, I was blown away by how much value for money it was and how tasty the food is! Since then I’ve done a monthly shop with them and pick up the essentials from my local store! If you’ve seen them advertised and you’ve been wondering what it’s like I would deffo recommend to give it a try and I’m sure you will see for yourself just how good they are 🥰

This year I was so nervous about turning the dreaded 30! Never did I plan on spending my birthday in the uk during a lockdown! However I had the most beautiful day! After a day of clues seeing family at a distance leading up to the most beautiful marriage proposal from Rob, I had the most incredible day! I am so blessed to have met the most beautiful person of my dreams. I once saw a quote that said you can be with some one for many years and not know that they are the one yet you can spend minuets with some one else and just know! This man has given me the fairy tale I only imagined I would read In a Disney book or film 🎞
