Come and join our ride this Sunday around Stanmer park, we will be cycling to the bluebells and taking on some fun trails through the woods.
Open to girls, trans and non-binary folks aged 12-17.
If it's your first time joining us feel free to DM us with any questions. We have bikes and helmets for people to ride if you don't have your own.
The ride leaders will be Louise, Abi and Lucy.
All the details about where we meet are in the sign up form (link in our bio).
For our lovely regulars, don't forget that our sessions are half an hour longer now (10 - 12.30) so we have enough time to get out to the bluebells and to clean the bikes once we get back!
Hope to see you there!!

π’ Can you help us keep our free sessions rolling for girls aged 12-17 in Brighton & Hove? We've started a crowdfunder ππ½
Our Girls Mountain Bike Network has been running rides for over a year now (woo!) led by volunteer ride leaders.
We've had a lot of fun with our young riders and love seeing the friendships, skills, fitness and determination that is developing across the group π₯°
We now need your help to keep it rolling through 2025 and beyond!
From the start, we've been determined to make our rides accessible to all girls, non-binary and trans young people.
Running the sessions for free is important to us along with providing free access to bikes and helmets.
We are so thankful to all our volunteer leaders and partners Lifecycle Brighton and who have given their time and resources to make this possible over the past year.
But understandably, there are a few basic costs that we do need to cover for our 2025 calendar of adventures and rides:
β’ Insurance
β’ Bike parts for repairs
β’ First aid kits
β’ Venue hire for some of our events
β’ Snacks and refreshments for our rides and some events
Until now we've been funding these ourselves (after initial funding for our leader training by the lovely ) but for our second year we've set up a crowdfunder page (hosted by ) to help us fundraise for 2025.
We'd really appreciate any support, however small, so we can continue to offer these sessions for free in 2025.
β€οΈ Help us support girls in our city to experience the joy of mountain biking and all the benefits it brings - and show the world it's not just for boys! π΅πΌββοΈ ππ»ββοΈ
