Training with Nick this morning, great lower body and abdominal workout. Strength coming on well, and results all heading in the right direction.
But to be honest, it’s not always about measurements!
Building confidence and learning how the body responds to exercise, good nutrition and rest is key.
Camp Camp is taking a little break until the end of March.
Can’t wait for the warming weather and seeing everyone soon.
I am still on the lawns and in the gym.
With the 12 week transformation program being such a hit, I will be spending more time in PHX GYM Brighton and University of Brighton Sport

Cleans!
The power clean strengthens a great many more muscles than nearly any other exercise. When you pull the bar from the floor to your waist, you work your legs, hips and lower back very directly. Then the middle and upper back and shoulders and arms come into play as you finish the movement.
Weight lowered as this was part of a circuit. Big up to doing the ting at 6.30am!
