Getting back into health and fitness can be quite daunting, especially with all the ‘new year, new me’ chat flying around!
In order to stay on track, it’s important to make manageable changes and build upon them, rather than setting our sites too high and falling off the wagon within a few weeks!!

I will be starting a NEW studio based small group personal training class on Wednesday’s starting 23rd October 2024.
Classes will be tailored to you with progressions and regressions for all exercises - making it suitable for all abilities.

🚨 28 Day Challenge 🚨
Are you feeling like you may have overindulged over the holiday period, or just feel like you need a bit of guidance to get back on track after a long summer holiday off with or without the kids!?
From 1st September I’m running a 28 day challenge, to help you get back on track and lose upto 10lbs. I will support you with your exercise, nutrition and general habits to create sustainable changes and a healthy lifestyle!
This won’t mean hours in the gym or not being able to socialise with friends or family, but manageable changes to get you back on track and shift that unwanted weight 💪🏼

No Bake Protein Squares 🍪
Ingredients -
110g oat flour
3 tbsp maple syrup
110g natural peanut butter
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp h**p seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup cocoa nibs
-Melt the maple syrup and butter together, mix in the peanut butter while still hot.
-Mix in all other ingredients
-Press into a lined tin and put in the fridge for at least an hour

This 4 week plan can be completed at home or at the gym, using minimal equipment.
The exercises are adaptable to all levels and all sessions are designed around your busy schedule only taking 30-40min maximum to complete ⏰
The plan consists of 3 x full body sessions and 2 x optional cardio sessions.
