In winter it’s very easy for staying at home in your sanctuary for that well needed and deserved rest to turn into a trap. As that old friend comfort turns for a welcome guess into the master of the house. As we come into spring let’s remember that we are steering the ship, your home in the stable ground for you to grow from not a cage to keep you in.

These guys know where it’s at, the pair that train together stay together (that’s how the saying goes right?)
But seriously though, having someone to train with weather it’s a partner, trainer or friend is a great way to stay accountable, maintain motivation, get encouragement or even a bit of friendly competition if that’s your thing.

Ok so it was supposed to be a happy smilie face but turned out terrified person with seeds in their teeth but none the less this is a delicious and highly nutritious breakfast option.
We have toasted sourdough bread:
* Great source of complex carbohydrates
* Low glycemic index compared to other bread
Nut butter (I use peanut butter)
* healthy fats
* Source of protein
Banana
* potassium and fibre
* But if natural sweetness and moisture
Mixed seeds for that nice little crunch
* Omega 3 fatty acids
* More fibre
A good balance of nutrients and energy, give it a try see what you think. Maybe your will be less creepy. 😅

What a great way to start your day, there is so much emerging research about the health benefits of earthing or grounding, from improved HRV, reduced inflammatory markers, fast muscle healing to better mental health. From my own anecdotal experience I like that it gets me outside, makes me feel calm and seems to help manage my circadian rhythm. Have a great day everyone, stay mighty.

I love morning walks so much, they really bring so much to my life. I feeling of calm, connectedness to nature, morning sunlight, a little morning movement. Try walking outside everyday for a year and notice the gradual differences that the seasons bring. Walking every morning however much or little I can fit in has had such a positive impact on my life.
