This bunch were full of enthusiasm and energy for tonight and it definitely showed!
Well done on the new tracks I know it’s a lot to take in but stick with and by week 3 you’ll start remembering them!
Please remember any tracks you wanna hear form any decade for cool downs and let me know via pm or comment or tell me before we start class and I’ll add them in for you x

The playlist may seem hard and confusing now but in a few weeks you will settle into them and they will become the new norm!
Don’t worry these things take a little time to perfect 👌 but you all managed to get through it # # #

Don’t worry! your cardio will return once we settle back into that routine and the darker nights are setting in which is what we have sorely missed for a few months at Rider hall too x

Well we were back and didn’t I know it! Was so hard actually doing it all properly and not in my head 😂 been so used to the old playlist that seemed easy compared to this but I think it’s just because it’s new to me and you and we have been out of it for a while, but …. We will get there together 🩷
Fabulous work guys and loved the unusual looks too ( I always get them on new tracks and playlists lol) seems strange when you don’t know them!
But we will keep on dancing and soo be bored of these ones too 😂

Next week we will have the full new playlist running as all class resume back to normal from Monday but you were lucky as you have had a heads up on 4 of the tracks already so it won’t seem that hard but please don’t stress at all, by the time sept is done you will have heard then enough to start to remember the choreo! Win win !

Look at the glow slowly appearing now it’s getting darker! I struggled to see your faces tonight as the darker nights are setting in, it was just a wave of glow sticks 😂
Good for you though as you can go rouge and freestyle and I can’t see it 😂
But yet another wicked Thursday class with the Seaford gang!!!
If you want to know brands that do UV wear here are some I use-
🩷Tikiboo -only on Vinted/ebay etc as they are no longer selling ( must ask if glow under uv)

The above brands I have all used myself and sizing varies a little across them so do check the size guides but they are great and will change anything of it’s not right plus there are pages for them so you can ask for advice and some have selling groups too
Bank holiday is coming so some of them might have offers on too! So go get shopping 🛍️
