Clubbercise Brighton,Seaford, Burgess Hill with Kim

Well done guys on this hot Monday!
I do my very best to try to keep you as cool as possible so if it means using the headsets to go outside to cool for a bit then that’s what we will have to do, just depends on what I walk into and weather the hall is cool enough that day or not!
Patcham was so much cooler inside than out tonight so we stayed inside but used the headsets at Portslade to go outside only to discover the smell of fish/ hot sweaty bins so we could only manage a few tracks outside but well done all
The halls are already booked for in advance and if I wish to cancel it’s a minimum of two weeks or more notice so there is no point In Cancelling as I lose either way but I’m there for the hardcore ravers!
You know me! I can’t let you down 😂

What an awesome Wednesday, it’s the mid week hump day where I dont want to teach as I’m already knackered from Monday and Tuesday classes but as soon as we get going it’s all worth it in the end and I’m so much happier, you lot bring the energy to fuel me and give a laugh too 😂
You have one more week left then I’m off for a week with work duties so let’s make next week a great one!

Patcham - as I had no time last Monday and Hayley wasn’t there on Wed to celebrate her birthday I treated you to birthday cakes today and yes Hayley took all the rest home and will demolish them as standard 😜

The energy you guys have in the party group is insane! I love it but it also gives me the giggles and I love that you come and just do your thang! Please follow Scoobykimbo on Spotify and go through the clubbercise tracks as we need to change it up for out bodies we are so used to the moves now it’s not feeling like a workout and I want you to choose the songs you want in!

When I create a playlist from scratch it’s a long hard process and I do my upmost to incorporate different moves as a lot of the songs do have the same moves in them so this is why when we change the odd track the moves are the same or similar so I need your input then I can remove the track with the most same moves and give different parts of the body some work x

P.S I’ll email the hall about the floor again and the sandy mess!
