Honestly… what a turnout. Every year it somehow gets better, and this one was no exception. Seeing so many of you in one room, laughing, competing, cheering each other on and just enjoying being together reminded me exactly why this community is so special.
Seventy-Three has always been about more than just training sessions. It is about the people who walk through the door, the friendships that form, and the feeling that we are all part of something bigger than ourselves.
Moments like this really bring that to life.

You might have noticed we’ve disappeared from ClassPass. That was a conscious decision.
At Seventy Three Gym, we’ve always been member first. Community first. Human first.
What we do just doesn’t align with drop in style training.
We don’t run 6 week fixes.
We’re not a class you slot in between meetings.
We’re about long term work.
Our coaching is built around the individual. Lifestyle. Training. Nutrition. Mindset. Inside and outside the gym. We meet people where they are, then we build from there with structured programming and real progression.
Having people jump into 12 week blocks now and then might boost short term numbers, but it doesn’t serve the way we coach or the standards we hold. And we care more about doing things properly than doing things quickly.
Progress lives in consistency.
Growth lives in adherence.
And mindset shapes everything.
