Pool2Sea coaching swimming technique and endurance sessions to progress from the confines of a pool into the exciting adventures in sea swimming.
My coaching schedule at SeaLanes has changed.
Mondays 5.15-6 suitable for those new to swimming.
Mondays 6-6.45, improvers, techniques, efficiency, distance and swim fitness.
Mondays 6.45-7.30, more advanced swimming looking for distance training, speed and tweaking technical issues.
Wednesday’s 5-15-6.15 All levels. Masters.

If you’re a swimmer (or not) I have a couple of spaces left on my new ‘Pilates for Swimmers’ class at Studio 15Sea Lanes Brighton starting on Sunday 7th April.
These classes combine core strengthening with flexibility management for the stresses that endurance swim training can take on the neck, shoulders and spine.
Specific Pilates based dry training will strengthen your stroke, develop neural coordinational pathways and aid recovery.
After the class, you could join me for my Sunday swim, or go for a dip in the sea!
