Sophia's "healthy" birthday cake....1 dark chocolate, 2 avocados, 1 banana, half a kilo of strawberries, coconut oil, organic raw cacao powder, a bit of honey and a bit of xylitol.
Doesn't look that great in the picture but tasted yummy...like a smooth chocolate mousse with strawberries
Pilates fixed my back pains too :)
