Three coaches.
Three different personalities.
Three different coaching styles. ✨🖤
One thing I love about working in this industry is that no two coaches are the same. We all bring something different to the table, and that's how it should be.
There's plenty of room for all of us.
While our coaching styles might be completely different, I feel lucky to work alongside
good humans like these two. ❤️
Women supporting women.
Coaches supporting coaches.
Thanks to for the great photo

Outdoor small group tonight in ridiculous heat and somehow they still managed deadlifts, sled work, squats and banter all at the same time ☀️
Massive credit to every woman who showed up sweaty, tired, busy, overstimulated or not really feeling it… and trained anyway.
Because that’s what consistency actually looks like!
Not one “perfect” week - just hundreds of ordinary sessions where you nearly didn’t come… but did anyway 🐝

Super proud of these two 💪🏼
These legends didn’t know each other before training with me… so naturally I played gym Cupid and now they’re workout wives. ❤️😂
One thing I LOVE? Women realising you do not need to be lifting the same weights, be the same age, or at the same stage to train together.
One person lifting heavier doesn’t make the other “behind” - you’re both just getting stronger in your own lane 👏🏼
You just need good vibes, encouragement, and someone to tell you “one more rep” when you absolutely don’t want to. 😅
Strong women make the best training partners!!! 🩷💜

You’re not supposed to have favourite clients… but is testing that rule 🩷
Nearly 97. Casually holding a plank like it’s no big deal. 💪
This is why I bang on about strength training so much. It’s not just about aesthetics or PBs - it’s about staying independent, capable and confident for as long as possible.
And we always have a laugh 🫶

Running kit ✅
Resistance band ✅
Disc Core Sliders ✅
Skipping rope ✅
You do not need a perfect gym setup to maintain fitness on holiday. You need consistency.
Most people massively overcomplicate training away from home when actually a few simple tools can cover:
• strength
• conditioning
• mobility
• power
• aerobic work
A resistance band and sliders can humble most people in under 20 minutes. Add a skipping rope, some running shoes and a decent hill and you’ve got everything needed for effective sessions all week.
Training on holiday doesn’t need to be all or nothing either - sometimes it’s simply about keeping your body moving, maintaining routine and coming home feeling good instead of starting from scratch again. 🌊
What’s the ONE thing you always pack for holiday workouts? 👀

50kg shoulder press ..... think about that for a moment…
Not because she’s a woman - because it’s f@cking heavy.
had been stuck at 47.5kgs for a while [I can't even bench press that heavy let alone push it above my head!!] but she stayed consistent, kept showing up and trusting the process.
And today....with grit and determination, it moved.... it moved well....and it moved twice!!! Offfft!!!
Not every win needs comparison… but this one absolutely has bragging rights. 💥💪

If you’ve been wanting to get into strength training but keep putting it off…... this is your nudge 💭
and I are running something a little different - a chance to come in, get stuck in, and actually feel what it’s like to train properly.
- Stuck in the cardio corner?
- Avoiding certain areas of the gym?
- Weights at home gathering dust - begging to be used?
- Second-guessing everything?
That’s exactly what we want to change 🩷
Created for the women who are ready to stop guessing, stop holding back, and feel confident lifting weights.

Grateful 🥰
An incredible turnout for our women’s health and hormone talk at today ✨💪
Huge thank you to Ginny from for delivering such an insightful, engaging session 🧠🔥👏
There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to hormone support…yet so many women are still being treated like there is.
Thank you to every single woman who showed up, listened, shared, and supported each other 🩷
Smarter training.
Better understanding.
Stronger women. 💪⚡️
Big energy in that room today 🔥💫
If you came along - what was your biggest takeaway? 👇
