Harriet achieved her 12 weeks transformation. Harriets results were mind blowing and kept adherent to her plan throughout the process.
Harriet came to me with the intentions of smashing a 12 week transformation. She was VERY clear on the goals in which she wanted to achieve and had a clear vision. Also throughout the process she wanted to learn more technical movements such as the deadlift, hip thrust and barbell squat.
Having a clear vision when approaching a transformation is so important. Harriet knew where she was slipping up in terms of her diet so the first thing we did was asses the issue and why it was causing her problems and then we started to find solutions to fix the issue.
To achieve this transformation I used a simple but VERY effective training split and approach to enable her to get her desired result.
How we approached it?
- Training split. Full body however with more of a glutes focus.
- NEAT aimed for 10,000 steps daily straight away
- Harriet was a keen runner so we scheduled a 5k and a 10k throughout
- Calorie deficit. High protein diet
- Reduced calories throughout when needed to
Harriet was delighted with her result and went on to run the Brighton half marathon soon after achieving her transformation.
Harriet has proved you can achieve these results even with an office desk job. Anything is possible when you put your mind to it.

An amazing weekend spent with and
Arun and Mitch have both been my clients for over a year now but they’re far more than just clients they’re now my best mates!
We all have different careers but we share the same passion. The passion to constantly improve and constantly progress, being better than yesterday!
This weekend we spent the weekend at The Arnold’s Festival which has definitely made me feel more motivated coming away however the biggest thing that made me the happiest was seeing how much passion these boys have to keep wanting to find that extra edge for constant improvement!
We were able to meet people we all look up to in the industry, try out new products and also trying samples of products (Mitch’s favourite bit 😂😂)
I love seeing people progress and people succeed and these boys have smashed 2022 already and we have very veryyyy big goals set for 2023!
It really was amazing to spend time away with these guys training, chilling and just sharing a passion!
We pushhhh on and we will always keep getting better! Elevate your lifestyle 💚💚

SHAUN’S TRANSFORMATION 15.7KG WEIGHT LOSS
Meet my client Shaun!. Shaun has lost 15.7 kg and looks incredible for it.
Shaun has lost over 15kg whilst running a business, looking after three little ones and still having time to balance social events!
Shaun came to me after seeing the results and level of service that his wife Chloe (who is also smashing it) was getting! He was VERY clear on the goals in which he wanted to achieve and had a clear vision.

In the first initial consultation with Shaun knew he wanted results but he wanted them in a healthy balance where he could still enjoy his beloved Cadburys Dairy Milk. He said ‘i know I want to lose weight and achieve results, I am willing to out in the work but can we keep Dairy Milk please haha’.

RELAXED PHYSIQUE UPDATE 18.5KG DOWN SO FAR
Here is a current physique update of me relaxed first thing in the morning with no fancy changes just real and raw!
Target is set and I’m just chipping away one day at a time!
The journey is better than the destination and like I have mentioned in previous posts the journey has been a tough one on this diet so far so I am going to make the destination worth it!
I want to show that amazing results can be achieved even in the conditions aren’t perfect!

ADAM HAS LOST 5KG AND 4 INCHES OFF OF HIS WAIST!
As you can see very clearly from the images Adams shape has changed dramatically. Do you want to know the secret?
Hard work and consistency.
This guys work ethic is second to none and his results really are a true reflection of that!
If you want results there is no easy way to get them. In this life you don’t get noting for nothing and the work that you put in really does show in you results.
Adams has such an amazing work ethic that his results have continued to improve week on week. No excuses.
To achieve results like this Adam has been in a calorie deficit whilst completing every single workout without fail, sticking to his diet and doing all of the steps and cardio set for him. On some days he has even doubled his target step count… oh yeh remember… work ethic.
If you ask Adam about his diet he has been in a calorie deficit but it hasn’t been massively restricting. It still includes beer at the weekend and chocolate every single night. Yes you heard me chocolate every single night. It is all about balance and adherence right?

PHYSIQUE UPDATE
Another KG down this week and we just keep chipping away!
This prep has been far from ideal and it feels like at times I have been juggling a million things!
Has it taken me longer than I wanted? Yes
Has it been frustrating? Yes
Do I keep going? Yes
It has taken me longer and there have been multiple unforeseen circumstances to deal with but
I WILL NEVER GIVE UP

5 WEEKS 😱
Max came to me and said ‘Tyler I have 5 weeks until my birthday I need to look shredded and beach ready’! That was the plan right there. Maximum muscle gain and fat loss within these 5 weeks.
That afternoon I sat at my laptop planned out all of the next five weeks and sent it over to him! Max knew it was going to be hard but we were both determined to put the hard work in and he is a national champion mountain biker so he knows how to work hard and execute a plan.
Max knew he had to put the work in to get the results. This wasn’t going to be easy... 14 hour days, plus training, plus mountain bike training all whilst being on moderate - low food.
As Max hasn't been weight training as a priority for the past two years his body was able to adapt super quickly. I set him up on the split of push pull rest push pull. This allowed him to train his upper body optimally whilst keeping his legs fresh for his mountain biking. Along with the fact that his legs don't need anymore improvement 😂💪🏼
Max was diligent with his food throughout the process. He never missed a session and kept all of his food tracking on My Fitness Pal for me to view daily.
Max has shown what can be achieved within 5 weeks if you trust the process and tick all the boxes. If Max can do it so can you!

8.5KG LOSS! 81.4KG TO 72.9KG
PLUS 10CM OFF OF THE WAIST 🎯🎯🔥
From no structure, no routine and feeling low in confidence to now walking along the beach with his t shirt off and abs out
Will has smashed this diet phase!
The abs say it all! 💪🏼
Not only did he want to look good for an upcoming holiday but he wanted to learn and be educated through the process as he loves to follow transformations.
There has to be a reason there has to be a WHY behind every change you make!
Will knew a little about training but felt stuck and frustrated as he had never been able to see true results with sustainable habits. Will didn’t know where to start when it came to dieting effectively and efficiently to be able to make all of his hard work pay off!
So in that first call we mapped out what he wanted to achieve and mapped out exactly how we were going to execute it!
I promised Will I would get him to where he wanted to be! 🎯✅
That’s where I got to work. Will and I have worked together and I have passed on my knowledge to him to allow him to fully reach his potential. Through this process we have picked and created a routine that has worked very well for him.
To quote Will ‘You’ve changed my life and this is just the beginning’
This is where you can get to with consistency. Small habits, small wins, little changes on a consistent basis really do lead to life changing results
Will is a very busy guy as he has a full time job and runs his own business. However, he knows what he wants to achieve so sets aside time to pursue his goals but also keep his life balanced. I created a training plan and meal plan that suited Will and allowed him to have foods which he enjoys keeping the diet enjoyable and sustainable.
Diets don’t have to be boring, they don’t have to be restrictive and Will has shown that here.
Yes there was cardio, low calories, hard intense training but we worked TOGETHER to make it work for him.
I like to describe my coaching as a relationship, not a dictatorship. I work with you so it fits with your goals and lifestyle. I do not use a chicken, broccoli and shut up work harder approach because let’s face it… how is that enjoyable.
