Throughout the whole of September, you can bring a friend along to any class for FREE! 🙌

Just drop me a message and let me know which class you’d like to bring them to, and we’ll get them booked in.

And the best bit? 👀

✨ You can bring as many different friends as you like throughout September! ✨

🎁 BONUS: If a friend you bring goes on to book a class following their trial, YOU get a FREE CLASS! 🙌

A couple of things to know:

👉 Your friend must be new to us at either ((BOUNCE)) Shoreham or Bounceworthing , OR they must not have attended a class with us for over a year.

👉 Your free class earned from a friends booking must be used within one month of your friend’s first booking.

The weather forecast is looking HOT this week but don’t let that stop ✋ you!

Here are some top tips for staying COOL during your workouts:

☀️ Bring lots of water with you to class & also make sure you stay hydrated all day. Pre & post workout too.

☀️Dampen your sweat towel and pop it in the FREEZER before bringing it to class (thank us later)

☀️Take extra breaks if you need it, there’s no shame!

☀️Always remember moves can be adapted to keep you cool!

Stay motivated, be consistent & keep cool, remember a little sweat never hurt anyone!
