This season alone, our teams have travelled across Europe competing in 4 international tournaments and facing some of the top academies and clubs in world football.

We’ve proudly provided 25+ professional showcase opportunities for our players against clubs such as Club Brugge, Sporting Lisbon, Arsenal, Chelsea, FC Porto and many more.

These experiences are about more than football they’re about development, exposure, character building and creating unforgettable memories for our players.

🏆 Erith Town Double Champions 🏆

What a weekend! Four of our teams competed in the Erith Town Tournament and they certainly didn’t disappoint 👏

Our U8s played their first ever competitive fixtures and were extremely impressive, narrowly losing in the semi-finals to the eventual winners, with three U7s playing up

The U9s also reached the semi-finals, eventually going out to the tournament winners.

Our U10s went on to win the Shield competition

And our U13s were outstanding all day unbeaten throughout the tournament and conceding just one goal

A fantastic effort from all players, coaches and supporters.

✍️ Ben signs for Brighton & Hove Albion ✍️

Couldn’t be prouder to announce that Ben has signed for Cat 1 club Brighton & Hove Albion.

Ben has been with us for 3 seasons now. He came in completely new to goalkeeping, but fitted in like a glove from day one. At the beginning of the 2025/26 season, we sat down together and set out a plan and objectives — the goal was for him to finish the season as an academy player.

Ben believed in the process, trusted the journey, put in the groundwork, and has now reaped the rewards.

We honestly couldn’t be more proud of him. A real humble and grounded young man who deserves nothing less than this achievement.

After attracting interest from 4 professional clubs throughout the season, it was only a matter of time before Ben continued his journey at the next level.

Proud is an understatement. Congratulations, Ben - Brighton are in safe hands 💙

We’re now recruiting players from U7–U14 for the 2026/27 season at Elite JR FC.

Our players train, compete and develop in a professional environment, with opportunities to play in national & international showcase fixtures against top academy opposition.

🏆Mytchett Tournament Double Champs 🏆

Phenomenal weekend for our club, with four age groups competing in the Mytchett FC Tournament.

Huge congratulations to our U10s, who went unbeaten all day and conceded just one goal, and to our U13s, who were also crowned Plate winners.

A big shoutout to our U9s, 12s and U13s who played up an age group and just fell short in the semi-finals, an incredible effort.
A great start to the tournament season… let the fun begin!

U12/13s KHS Malta Cup 🇲🇹|Challenge Cup Runners-up

What an unbelievable experience for our U12s & U13s, travelling to Malta to compete in the KHS Cup against some of the very best on the island and going toe-to-toe with European giants like Sporting Lisbon, Club Brugge, and other top professional academies.

So proud of both groups. Once again, they showed no fear, real quality, and proved they belong at this level 💪

ElJR FC 3rd Place 🥉 | Portimão International Cup 🇵🇹

A phenomenal and proud moment for our boys this weekend as we travelled to Faro, Portugal 🇵🇹 to compete in the Portimão International Cup against 35 professional clubs from around the world.

Facing top academies including Brentford, Sporting Lisbon, Crystal Palace, FC Porto, Celta Vigo, Leeds United, AC Milan and many more, our players rose to the challenge and proved they belong on this stage.

Day 2 saw one of our teams reach the semi-finals, narrowly falling short against eventual winners Celta Vigo, before battling in a high-intensity 3rd place playoff vs FC Porto. Our second team also showed incredible resilience, competing for 17th place out of 37 against elite opposition.

To finish 3rd overall as the only grassroots team in a tournament of this calibre is nothing short of outstanding. This is a testament to the players’ hard work, belief, and character throughout.

We couldn’t be prouder not just of the result, but of the way the boys represented the badge. Moments like this create memories that last a lifetime.

Elite JR FC – Portimão International Cup 🇵🇹

Another incredible opportunity for our 2013 & 2014 boys as they travel to Faro, Portugal next month to compete in the prestigious .international.cup

After last year’s success, the team will once again test themselves against some of Europe’s biggest clubs - going head-to-head with the likes of Crystal Palace F.C., AC Milan, FC Porto, Brentford F.C. and 20+ other professional academies across the weekend.

A huge experience. A massive challenge. The EJR way. 💪
