I’ve said I’m going to run this workshop for about a year - and now I’m finally doing it!! 🤩

“A class workshop designed to help grow & finesse your Heels technique within the Music Theare industry”
• Sunday 6th April

We will start off with a full warm-up, Heels technique exercises and a Music Theatre style Routine to finish it all off 🌸

I had the pleasure of meeting & working as performers with Nic back in 2017, so I can guarantee that everything she preaches comes from an amazing place in her heart.
I will be the first person to tell you just how important injury prevention is, and how strength training changed the game for me.
Nic & I both know the struggles of injury and how your health can hold you back in this industry - so don’t let it. Dance classes are great for so many reasons, and poring that with strength training will help define & grow your craft.

You use skincare to prevent aging of the skin, so why wouldn’t you use a strength routine that helps prevent aging of your body!?
