Come join the fun and a chance to swim around one of the UK's most iconic coastal landmarks, Brighton Palace Pier on Saturday 4 July 2026.
A swim around the pier is the perfect way to start your weekend in the vibrant city of Brighton & Hove. Our relaxed event is the perfect blend of a challenge and a lot of fun as you sart on the east side of the pier, swim round the end of the pier and finish on the West side.
Once again water safety will be supplied by the Brighton Surf Life Saving Club who will expertly mange the swimmers around the pier.

We are very pleased to announce that we will be supporting the CoppaFeel charity for the Brighton Pier Open Water Swim this year.
Coppafeel is the only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity. The land based volunteers for the swim will be representing the charity and a donation from the entry fees will be going to the CoppaFeel charity. Visit https://coppafeel.org/ for more information

The Weakest Link Black Rock 2026 Results
Thank you to everyone that came and ran at the first Weakest Link Relay of the season at Black Rock. A great turn out for an earlier than normal start to the year.
As always there was an amazing atmosphere and a lot of fun had by everyone.
Big thank you to Topo Athletic and all our volunteers. Below are the results from the evening.

The dates are out for The Weakest Link 2026. This year Brighton Sports and The Jog Shop are pleased to announce we are hosting three versions of the event for the first time.
The Weakest Link is heading home as we kick off with the original Black Rock version on Wednesday 20 May at 7.15pm.
Then we are back to Preston Park for The Weakest Link's third edition there on Wednesday 24 June at 7.15pm.
Finally it's back to Hove Lagoon for the annual loop around the prom and lagoon on Wednesday 22 July at 7.15pm.
A massive shout out to The Reading Rooms at Black Rock who are giving up some space so we can run the same course we ran for a long time. Also, we are pleased that Topo Athletic will once again be partnering with us for the series.
So, come do the whole series or pick the ones that work for you, whatever just come and have a lot of fun with your running friends.
