𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝒂 𝒈𝒚𝒎💭
Too many times I hear the phrases,
“That’s only for men with muscles I can’t do that”.
“I don’t go in there because it’s scary”
“People look at me & judge me when I am in there”
Imagine being inside your own gym & feeling uneasy to use the equipment you want to use to better yourself🤯.
Them people you are referring to, started as that kid who didn’t know what a carbohydrate was.
Them exact people stepped inside of a gym with the same feeling you have.
They are inside the same gym as you, they should not be seen as superior enough to take control of what weights you can & cannot use.
Remember everyone inside of a gym is there for one reason & one reason only.
To improve a certain aspect of their life mentally and/or physically.
If you see someone struggling on a machine, help them out instead of standing there watching.
You never know what someone is going through.

Whatever you want them to be
Okay, not literally…
They depend on how much you move,
how much you exercise & you’re hormone levels.
The EASIEST way to create a deficit is to find your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) then eat all your calories added up under that number🤓
The more you work the bigger deficit you create, the less you move, the less leeway you have❌
Simple.
That one is for all the PT’s out there who hear this every day.
Your welcome.
P.S I haven’t been this lean in 18 months. No one cares about a 6 pack. Don’t show off the fact you are starving yourself🥴
