Martial arts, strength and conditioning coach. I started my martial arts journey in Poland at the age of 10. It was love at the first sight.
I studied a few styles of martial arts: jujitsu, taekwondo (2cup), kickboxing (1 dan), and boxing. I also took part in national competitions and tournaments. Since 1997 I've started bodybuilding on the side. In the year 2000, I have joined the Polish National kickboxing representation. I had 110 amateur fights and 15 professional ones. My main achievements include:
2001 - Koszalin - second place
You need to have a purpose. A goal. Life it’s a competition. You compete against other people or against the game or against yourself even.
