We play in the Sussex County League but are open to all levels of players joining us. We play in the Sussex County League. coaches, volunteers, etc.

We are always on the lookout for new players and people who want to get involved in any aspects of the club: e.g. The Flames are full of friendly and supportive people: You won’t just play basketball, you’ll make friends!
