Lovely morning giving a careers talk at Springfield Infants in Worthing! I spoke about the 4 aspects of my job (teaching, performing, admin and training) and then did a demo for the kids, They were all so well behaved and polite. The school has invited me back to teach some workshops there soon which will be super fun!

If you'd like me to come to your school to speak to students about hulahooping and circus as a job, get in touch! OR if you'd like me to teach workshops. [email protected]

If 20 years of creating hoop routines have taught me anything, it's that a rough draft beats a blank page any day! Do you agree?

PS, if you need more hands-on help with your choreographies, I have 2 spaces left on my next Create Your Hoop Choreo course which starts next month.

You’ll get a clear step-by-step approach to help you actually get your choreo DONE, plus I’ll be there to kick your butt into action (nicely). Comment CHOREO if you want the info!

A lovely review from St Michael's CE Primary School where the amazing Kay aka Xena Flame worked for LiveLoveHoop last week.!

" Kay was as usual inspirational on her visit to St Michael's. Her unending energy, positivity and humour brought the best out in our learners. Kay manages to teach some very difficult moves to the most nervous of beginners and is so inclusive in how she leads her workshops. We would thoroughly recommend her."
